Scope

This policy describes the current shipping version of Nami. iCloud sync is not currently part of the product and is not described here.

Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))

We process data only to provide the app's core functionality, including habit tracking, trial handling, purchase validation, and user preferences.

Data We Process

The app processes the following data locally on your device:

• Habit data (habit names, completion records) stored locally in SwiftData on your device.
• Trial activation state stored in Keychain to survive reinstall and remain encrypted by the OS.
• Purchase and receipt information processed by Apple via StoreKit 2.
• App preferences stored in UserDefaults.
• Legal policy version tracking stored in UserDefaults.

Important: All your data remains on your device. There is no transmission of habit data to external servers.

Third Parties

Apple acts as payment processor and purchase platform for in-app purchases. We do not use analytics SDKs, ad SDKs, or third-party tracking libraries.

You have the right to:

• Access your stored personal data
• Rectification of incorrect data
• Erasure of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Information about automated decision-making

You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at the email address provided above.

Data Retention

Data is retained on-device until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device. There is no automatic data transfer to external servers or cloud services (except Apple for in-app purchases).
